We offer maintenance contracts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Contracts involve most of the following points depending on the equipment and level of preventative maintenance required. Prices vary depending on type of equipment, locations, and frequency.
Air filter replacement
Coil cleaning (evaporator, condenser)
Electrical connection tightening
Motor lubrication
Belt tightening or replacement
Leak check (refrigerant, fluids, air)
Superheat, and Subcooling measurements
Complete visual inspection and evaluation
Performance evaluation for energy efficiency
Leak repair and adding refrigerant are billed at service rates**
Parts and supplies are billed as needed**
